Unfortunate and sad. Horrendous and repulsive. Total injustice to the lyrics and the sentiments behind those words. Painful to watch. 🙏 Some things are best left untouched and uncorrupted. If we have to stoop so low and if this is what it takes to get the younger generation interested in culture, I would say we leave them alone. It's not worth going so low. This is almost like taking a classic like Adi Shankara's Bhaja Govindam and setting it to rock music. It is blasphemous. I am an ardent fan of Sanjay Subrahmanyan. I wish he had stayed away from this disastrous experiment. One word to describe - கண்றாவி. Just my personal opinion.

That's brilliant. I hope you people can find a really big audience for that because it deserves it. Lyrically stimulating (even in English), wonderful hybrid musical arrangement and I loved the way the natural percussive quality of Tamil was perfectly exploited. Great vocal dynamics, especially at the end. I could go on. Anyway ❤.
