Hello! the video was made in 2019 ! I don't know the state of the hotel today , if it was remodeled or it have fallen in decay , we were only 2 person and use this hotel apartment only for rest / refreshment (shower / sleep) and go out to explore!

I don't think so ! they have made the necessary investigations before this project was implemented , is not a small project done by the average guy in his back garden .

That dozer wasn't stuck when it lowered the front it could move on. Whit these large volumes and fast progress you don't need a spreader it just lows you down. Because whenever you @ a pice of pipe you need to replace the spreader.

I don't think so, they are working on this project from 2015 and before of that who knows on how many other projects they have work on with tis equipment's this is the builder that have done the palm island from Dubai!

Erosion, over the years the beaches have disappeared...most of the time in storms!

OK definitely understandable I live in Canada 🇨🇦 and I'm along one of the great lakes here and the erosion from storms and rising water levels have eroded sometime we lose about up to 2 to 5 feet a year of beach along the cliffs here it's pretty scary due to the fact they have had to move some of our road ways along the lakes back quite a few miles back because of erosion ever since I've been a kid the problem just keeps getting worse so ya it's super nice to see where u live and them fixing that beach all up and making it beautiful again. And thanks for taking the time to record it as well for people like me to see it. 😊

Here is in Romania / Europe this area is a summer resort on the cost of Black Sea, this project is extremely expensive, and a big part is paid by European Union, as a fun fact the company that is doing the job is the same company that have made Palm Jumeirah Dubai
