Hey Konrad, in the slide where you showed recent clients results I noticed you got multiple welcome flows. Are you managing multiple E-com brands inside one klaviyo account.

Shouldn’t the “Unengaged (90 days)” segment only be created AFTER you set your Sunset flow to live? Otherwise, how will existing profiles that qualify for that segment enter the flow?

The Unengaged (90 days) segment is created before the flow goes live - that segment is the trigger for this flow. Existing profiles would qualify if they received any previous emails (either flows or campaigns)

If the trigger for the flow is “whenever anyone is added to Unengaged (90 days)”, and I already created that segment (which upon creation populated with many, many people), then all those people will miss entering the flow since they already triggered the event before the flow was created. Sorry, what do I seem to be misunderstanding?

You're correct but you can add all these profiles to still enter the flow. Click on the flow details in the top right corner and then add all past profiles. Then select to add them all and they'll all enter this flow

Hey, thanks for the video, really informative. Once the flow is finished and they don't use the final incentive, do you remove them from the list? What's best practice here? Thank you :)

Hey, I'm glad you liked the video! I don't remove them from the list - they get tagged as "finished welcome flow" and I send campaigns to keep nurtuting them until they buy or unsubscribe or I remove them as they're unengaged.

Is it only me that cant see what you do, because the face-video is in the way? You are good looking so don't take this wrong way, but I rather see what you do. Thanks for the video, very useful. I have a question, why do we need to create a separate "Suppression List"? Can we simply not export the "Unegaged", "Marked as Spam", and "Bounced" segments, and manually upload them to "Profile" > "View suppressed profiles" > "Import"? Or I am missing something? hey brother quick question for you, for one of my products it says "added to cart" on klaviyo metrics. However, for the rest it says "Viewed product" Each product on my website have there own template. i followed all ur step and did custom liquid for each product, it shows on klaviyo, but only as "viewed" not "added to cart".

If you have a different template for each product, it most likely means you need to add a separate code for each one
