This will be applied to all accounts. By Legacy customers I think they meant brands that currently have a Klaviyo account - their pricing increase will be max 20%.

Thanks I understood it as they’ve been enforcing this for some of the customers already. Saw someone write this “New profiles haven’t been able to take advantage of this loophole for about 12 months and from Feb 18th - it’s going to be forced on older accounts too. “… but not sure I follow what this means
