The film is well-acted but I believe consistency in an actor’s roles is important, especially when they are portraying values like Christianity. When an actor is known for playing characters that contradict those values, it can be difficult for the audience to fully believe in their portrayal of a Christian character. Authenticity matters, and it’s natural to feel that a shift in roles can weaken the connection to the values being represented.

Even the individuals who compiled the Bible weren’t necessarily Christians, yet we all read the sacred words they brought together-words revealed by God to His chosen messengers. I also want to say that you’ve made a very well-intentioned movie, and it’s a good story. We need more films that highlight Christian values and morals. My comment is simply something for you to think about or pray about it. A bit of research will show that there are several evidence from psychology and media studies that show actors influence the behaviour, attitudes, and even character of their audience in real life hence my earlier comment. If the intention is to spread the word of God, then we can’t be ignorant of one of the influences that could undermine the whole effort.

But let me share this: on one of my movie set, one of the actors actually gave their life to Christ during the process. Imagine if I had decided they couldn’t portray the story I wanted to tell because of where they were spiritually at the time, that moment of transformation would have been lost. God used that opportunity to save a soul. Sometimes, His plans go beyond what we can see or judge.”
