The husband wasn't impotent, destabilize or not financially buoyant to cater for the needs of a child, why was he delaying ,thereby making the wife look outside, even after the wife telling him about her family hereditary of having fibroids,he overlooked it and was still waiting for another two years! Powerful movie…❤❤❤❤ The movie skillfully delves into the intricate dynamics of marriage, love, forgiveness, and the enduring strength of God's love. It's a poignant and impactful movie that deeply resonated with many marriages. As a man and a Christian, I found it challenging to grapple with the concept of forgiveness, especially in the context of infidelity. In this case, it was a mistake beyond her control, which is understandable. However, the movie beautifully illustrates the idea that with faith, all things are achievable.

Great movie, great cast with great chemistry. Will love to see Bryan and Miwa act together in more movies. However, I will have loved to see Mark take full accountability for the part he played in Miwa's emotional affair. Lady did her best to communicate but he was bent on not listening. God instructs men to love their wives as Christ loves the church hence mark neglecting his wife is a sin. Him going to church and teaching in church or praying in tongues doesn't make him a good husband. God had already spoken to him but he kept searching for some thing divine. I wish the movie showed him taking full accountability for not being a good husband.

@@konichiwasensei1152 thanks for review .. I really don’t think I would quantify him to be a bad husband, hehas many other good qualities working for him , one negligent factor does not have to disqualify him altogether.. like many of us in this world and in many areas of our lives, we are not perfect , but as we get to know and realize where and what is lacking, we strive to get and do better.. mark knew his mistakes when he confessed to his secretary when he was drunk, saw what his negligence caused and we can see that it sobered him up.

One thing married couples should know and for that matter, the religious ones is that, you marry flesh and blood and not the spirit, therefore, you must seek to meet eachother’s physical and emotional needs while seeking spiritual fulfillment, but most of the time, people become overly pious and one party neglects to meet the emotional and physical needs of the other. This is not how God wants marriage to be like. I don’t know why Anna’s husband was putting off having kids but if he really was doing the work of God as he wanted us to believe, he should have known that God himself is interested in procreation. People look elsewhere for what they are missing in their relationships and end up worse off. Thank God everything worked out in the end but not without the pain of betrayal and the loss of dignity. This is a wake up call to everyone to be wary of the friends we make online. There are wolves out there!

I know Anna is seen as the 100% villian in this story because she's the one that had an emotional affair, and got raped. The husband is to blame in this situation as well. Just like Mark so many men of GOD focus ONLY the things of GOD and the church, and neglect their wives and children. This is the main reason so many pastor's kids go astray, and even their marriages suffer! Pastors or church leaders should first be great leaders over their homes before the house of GOD. The devil was able to come in because the wife was stupid & ashawo dey her eye. Because why will another man that’s not your husband be telling you that is a married woman that his world is meaningless without you She knows what Deji wanted, she can’t tell me she was that naive not to have known. Besides she was always eager to hear from him, take his calls like a stupid little SS3 girl to the point of even lying about who she’s on the phone with. The man can forgive but there’s no point taking her back imo. Anyways to each his own abeg

God is indeed not a God of confusion. He used the pregnancy as a test and the husband passed it. When the time came, he removed the pregnancy which could have caused confusion in the future (i mean, the child would have been a constant reminder of the pain and they probably would have hated him - i love the plot twist). One observation though, we didnt get to know what happened to the bad guy or did i miss that part? Either ways, there's no peace for the wicked so nemises will catch up with him someday. Thank you for this inspiring us
