Harley is a shit Character. No skill needed. Literally it feels like she gets out of combos, no one else gets out, she has no windup animations, she just hits instantly, she also seems to have gigantic hintboxes where u cant even dodge out of + if she misses an attack, she is not "laying" around and punishable. Feels just straight up unfair and unplayable against Harleys. They should nerf this char to the ground.
