Do you know a reason why the shift pawl would be sticking too far out, I know it is supposed to be on the shift drum, but it's sticking too far out. I thought I figured out my mistake but I am stuck lol.

No one offers a modified oil pump pick up line like those for the grom, yet that I know of but the Z125 has proven to be not as sensitive and damaging to engine life as the grom is. Unless you spend more than 1 minute long wheelies 75% of the bikes life it will relubricate the system every time the bike is back down for 15 seconds or so, therefore a safe idea to make sure you do and give it a chance to relubricate before bringing it right back up imedealetly especially while learning

There was no reason to test past 40 degrees because the oil feed has stopped. I did test at 55 degrees as the video shows because that was the average balance point I came up with

@@itskuruptstunts I don't stunt. Is the balance point the same for sit-downs, no-handers, stand-ups. For all riders ? What angle do you suggest

@@kaweechannel3884 on Facebook I showed you exactly where the true balance point is in a video, you can hear the bike stall because there isn’t enough throttle..

@@kaweechannel3884 balance is the same it’s just weight distribution, for no handers you need to be just behind balance point and using the brake to keep it within that zone

CEL only monitors the DFI systems. but creating a electrical issue can effect the system and the code is not really valid to the actual issue. Need to dis-connect what ever you just did back to what it was before to rule out if the new lights are causing the issue or not. But you will have to do the 4-RIDE CEL reset before the light will go off. If the bike is running fine just disregard the CEL for now and see if the light gos off

@@kaweechannel3884 Thanks for the reply!Bike seems to be running fine (just feels like it’s running lean) with the exhaust and intake … I’m hoping the code will clear after the 4 rides. I’ll definitely check to see if the lights are really the issue or not. Thanks again!

This shock will work good for you. Or look for a shock that is 9 3/8" (240mm) long center of eyes to eye With a 12mm bolt size

Yeah, I noticed that the MK-AR shock is available in 260mm, and so was wondering if its softer springing would allow enough sag to match the stocker's ride height without requiring a lowering link. And I do keep in mind the possibility of doing an off-road build like this at some point. :>)

If i understand what your asking, the one-way clutch is bolted to the rotor and the rotor has a tapered hole and the shaft is tapered so it becomes a interference fit on the shaft eventuality

No. gas tank vent tube runs to open air just the the non-smog models do now
