Although the running board looks good painted, you'd be better off with drilling a few holes and adding some grip tape or buy running board grips. If you don't want to drill it, at least the grips will help. The new sleds, even the trail models, all have slotted running boards now so they don't fill up with ice. I miss my 08 CF6, and there's no snow the past few years to ride the M8 with the paddle track. So I've got an 01 ZR 600 EFI as a simple trail sled. Annnnd there's still no snow anyways. This winter sucks.

Great video. How did the car drive with those springs in it, was it a rough ride or pretty smooth going over bumps and such?

Did anyone notice the grease fitting on that shaft sleeve? Yep. It needs grease once every few years. I did an older one before they had the grease fitting. Not easy.

If you have no compression on the motor is this something you would do replace rings and gaskets and that? My engine is not locked but compression its gone
The parking brake has a rev limiter. Sometimes that mechanism sticks. I believe it’s near the rear brakes. There is a way to delete it. You’ll have to search to find the right video on it.

Mine was an air leak from that impulse pipe and flexing of the carb plate. Replace that pipe and the missing carb plate bolt.

Just bought them with bidens inflation they are now 130. Says I have to wait for March to get them. I find when lowing cars . The sway bars need to stay level with car. I cut the swaybar link spacer that goes over bolt to get sway bar level. Keeps everything nice and tight and level. I've done this on a 93 gt mustang with coil overs 88 monte ss and a 70 Gto I've had .
