I bought the same lowering springs for my 86 TA. They feel better than the Eibach's that I had in my 88 and they dropped a bit lower too. Best $100 I ever spent.

I'm surprised it dropped about what they said. Usually on old cars the stock springs are so sagged, an inch drop new springs hardly make a difference when swapped out for the old saggy units. When I lifted the back of my ford last year, it was supposed to be a 2 inch lift, but it raised it nearly 4 inches from where it was sitting, the old springs were so shot.

Just bought them with bidens inflation they are now 130. Says I have to wait for March to get them. I find when lowing cars . The sway bars need to stay level with car. I cut the swaybar link spacer that goes over bolt to get sway bar level. Keeps everything nice and tight and level. I've done this on a 93 gt mustang with coil overs 88 monte ss and a 70 Gto I've had .

Do you have any rubbing problems with the front tires? I'm stock ride height with 16 inch wheels stock tire size as well and I have serious rubbing problems when turning left or right

Its ok j got a 350 vortec I'm gonna bore it 30 over and put a stage 2 rv cam in with ls6 blue springs and I've carb swapped it already with a 600 holley but I'm gonna get a 700 demon and a monster stage 3 700r4 made with a 3200 stall but hey I'm not made of paper so its taking a little bit.

@@lilmacu23 i just put my vortec heads on my 305(shaved) LS6 beehive springs,new gmpp cam,edlebrock rpm intake,holley 650 double pumper,hooker headers..its fucking snappy compared to before(i also have a couple 350's but none ready to go in yet)im not made of paper either,this car wants me to make it rain........i just put koni yellows in the front end,dougs headers stainless y-pipe.this car EATS DOLLARS.5 years and its coming along

You just ruined your suspension geometry! Third gen's have a high rear end roll center and by lowering it you make it worse!!! Unless you install a panhard bar relocation kit!!!!!!!!!!! Trust me, I've had my '86 TA since it was new.

Wrong that's with a static drop more then 2 inches.. I own a shop and lowered these quite a bit and I do static drops and bags anything more then 2 inches things start changing i have a 87 GTA lowering springs not a damn thing changed

Take it to the track and see for yourself. It will break loose in the turns sooner unless you do it right. Y'all daily drivers just don't know
