Clearly wh. But nowadays truth is this game have very big %/player base what coming to cheating. Game is just too hard to play fair, I guess? Good example for 5-6 star lobbies= they allways found you trough the heavy rain or fog. When you watch kill cam, you don't even see that far clearly. He is def cheating and shit at the game 😂. Its his whole movement wich is complete off and weird. Many movements doesnt make sense. Also he doesnt scan when he picks up the bounty, YOU always scan.
