If this is not working for Error 44. Unplug the E-shifter reset the bike. Plug in the E-shifter. Reset again. Thank me later. 😃

Batteries? Literally no new batteries available in UK? My battery failed after less than 100 rides. When I emailed Vanmoof I just got a pointless stock reply. No help. No timeline.

I love my s5. Trust you earn over time, if this thing is super reliable (it is so far!) and if I need to change a button or something and can do that easily. Make it a hassle and I... grow sceptical. Reliability and the ability to do most - if not all - simple fixes easily will make me want to ride this thing for 25 more years... it really is that good, so far...

DEAR VANMOOF... Any plan or idea when the Vanmoof will be available in the UK ? SOld my X3 for spares to someone who has the time and money to afford the repairs from the vanmoof partners, So far I'v been shopping around for a new ebike, Right now my options are either Tenways CGO900, Lemmo ONE or the Tezeus.

Rebuilding trust would be easy: Schematics, Direct selling (improved) spare parts - making an actual impact on S3/X3 owners lifes. Now 3rd party workshops actually said they don't expect you to provide them the necessary parts.

They are literally already providing parts to trained partners. You can’t just ship out parts to any other shop without proper training.

It would be great if you could open an online shop for spare parts (with international shipping) so that people who don't have a workshop nearby can repair their bikes themselves.

i had a vanmoof branch on my way to work and then a partner worshop. here’s how it helped: vanmoof shop: we changed everything and the bike still doesn’t work partner shop: we changed everything and the bike still doesn’t work, that will be 1250€.
