I wonder if the restriction that Nell felt with the left leg back during the “sliding” split squat was related to her big toe mobility on that side?

Appreciate the grind keep it up but some critique. Your onlique should be doing most of the word, twist at the waist. It seems your chest is doing the work

Also getting ready for Boston, I struggle to fit strength training in while running heavy miles. I’ve ran Boston 4 times, and swear every time Ill do more quad work. How often are you doing this strength training? Thank you!
@Kudal1962 жыл бұрын
What is the rest time between Miles? 4 minutes?

I like how you’re including more impactful information in this, along with it being a training fairy for yourself to look back on later on. I’ll be bingeing the rest of the current eps during my own gym warm up. 😊👌🏼

I think the emphasis on speed work is incredibly sensible. Especially with the consensus in the running community being on LRs and mileage, you gotta switch up your training from the crowd’s…otherwise, more or less, you’re relying on being the most talented in order to win. So many great nuggets here, keep it coming

I think the key to handling Boston's downhill is doing both the weight room work on the quads and integrating race pace downhill running, little by little over time, as both stimuli are so risky for injury.

I'm loving this series! It was AMAZING seeing Nell at the front of the pack at Boston this past year. Pumped to see how her focus and determination positions her to crush it in 2022! I'll be running my first Boston in 2022, so I'm taking as many tips as I can from all of this. Let's gooo!!

Another great video Nel! I love how you balance science and education with entertainment and personality. You embody what it means to be a student of the sport and I’m so happy it’s paying off. You seem such a rad human with a work ethic like no other. You are so deserving of support and success. Big fan here! Keep getting after it! Ruby PSA: my only criticism is: why didn’t you start KZbin earlier... this is what the world needs!
