Beautfil. I hardly tried to understand the sequence of the notes on your instrument, but I couldn't. Some of the notes seem missed in the sequence. Can somebody explains how the instrument works?

Nicely done! The hammer dulcimer has to be the 'happiest instrument' ever made...The resonant notes just bring a smile to my face.

Pretty cool! Now add some Joe Walsh style distortion and over dubbing at the bridge and it will really rock.

All right Tim! You keep at it with all of your might, and especially hymns, because they are being lost.

Ed, I went to Tennessee once in 2005. We didn't see much of the state, but it's a beautiful one. A memory I'll always cherish is getting to sit down for a mountain bluegrass concert put on by a young girl named Amber Burkes. She played the fiddle (won a few state contests) and the hammer dulcimer. She sang too, but wasn't particularly good at it. I bought her CD and still listen to it. What a talented young lady. I've always wondered what happened to her.

Hello, Edward....I have two Dulcimers...a 3 string & a 5 string & I play by ear. They were made by Mike Clemmer at Wood and Strings in Townsend TN. You've probably heard of him. I live in Knoxville.
