I am very new to the 3 Principles through a friend. I was wondering as I work through the layers of CPTSD if there are any specific videos that reference dealing with trauma in line with it? Thankyou

The Bible actually confirms the 3 Principles I believe...The Lord has given us Power, Love, and Sound mind. I realized this while learning about the 3 principles.

When someone starts talking about Quantum Physics….just run away. Ask them how a zipper works. They use it for decades every time they go to the bathroom, but they cannot explain how it functions. Oh, but Quantum Physics (minus mathematics)…..yeah that’s something they really understand….particularly when it relates to spiritual phenomena.

Now all unseen energy is spiritual. Let’s see…I compress a spring, and the unmanifested, potential kinetic energy stored in the spring is divine in nature, according to this definition. This is fantastic!!! Why? Because all we need to do is build churches full of compressed springs!!! Just imagine…we have discovered the secret of miracles.

Absolutely correct. All problems stem from thinking. Look at Jimmy Hoffa… He doesn’t think, and has no problems.

So how can you interrupt and stop thinking?
@DickenBettinger

Trying to stop thinking is like trying to stop a river. We may have lots of thoughts flowing through our mind but we no longer have to believe them or give them our attention. This is called free will.

Fantastic! The one principal which i still don't really understand well is "Mind"...is there a simple one sentence explanation to the principle of "Mind"? Seemingly consciousness and thought seem to cover everything in the himan experience. So what exactly is the principle of "Mind" doing? Thank you! It can be a few sentences if needed ha!

I will point toward mind It is the formless source of everything in life, including our bodies, their functions, and their experiences. This formless energy field is full of intelligence, what is often called wisdom. In other words, there is a deeper intelligence than or brain. When our minds are quiet and clear, anyone can access wisdom which brings us feelings that uplift and new and fresh thinking that guides us through life.

No, hope is just a promising evil. That’s why when Pandora opened the mythical box, all evils came out but one remained hidden at the bottom…hope. Hope projects you into the future and away from the present. Hope is an empty promise that takes away your power. Hope is morphine for the desperate souls. I hope you reconsider your position.

As you were also a psychologist, that's why I am asking. I have muscle tightness and no rest & too much twitches in sternocleidomastoid. how to use 3 principles. Its been 4 years i cant talk or walk. Happened after psychoanalysis I have a particular thought which is about my own mind scares me that it can create thoughts which cause me muscle spasm in neck. So sometimes I am not in control of my thoughts

I am only saying that the power of Thought creates the thinking content that determines what we feel. I am not saying that our thinking directly causes our physical symptoms. That is not my area of expertise. But the more you see the link between thought and what you are feeling the more your wisdom will drop thoughts that create your stress/upset. Then your psychological well-being will no longer seem like it is determined by your physical symptoms. I hope this is helpful.

You start with kindness toward where you are now. You are doing the best you can. Be grateful for the 10% when you feel OK and it will grow to 15% and then more gratitude and it will keep growing. Do the best you can when you are down to consider that it is connected to what you are thinking about, no judgement or trying, just understanding. Sending love!
