Hi Eola, a powerful daily practice is to quietly listen to a Sydney Banks talk each day. True change happens by having insights into these fundamental principles as the reveal themselves in our daily lives. Www.sydbanks.com. I also have many videos on my KZbin channel. I wish you all the best!

Thanks. Finally someone who can explain what the three principles are. I think a lot of people who supposedly teach the three principles are not clear about what the three principles are. Also, it seems that the principles are simply the theoretical back drop because what takes place in the work of the people teaching this stuff does not require even mentioning the three principles. It sort of gets in the way if you ask me.

Thank you! If it seems like pointing toward the Principles gets in the way, then that is a clear sign that what is being pointed toward is intellectual, not the living dynamic truth of life.

Seems like Mind = Tao. The 3Ps remind me of Ernest Holmes' Science of Mind. I suppose this is an instance of perennial philosophy?

Hi Dicken, I always enjoy what you share with us from this understanding. You always speak from this beautiful place of wisdom , and you have such a calm and peaceful presence. I’ve been learning about this understanding since 2018 and I feel and I know it’s truth so I am learning to become a coach. My question to you is did you always have this calm, slow and quieter way of being and speaking? I once heard that George Pransky once said that he used to always feel like he was living as if he was double parked. I resonate with that. Even with this understanding I still feel like I’m double parked inside my body. What did you present like before this understanding? I know you used to meditate for hours each day but not after you learned about this understanding. I’m just wondering when and how and how long it took you and/or George to shed this “typical conditioned programmed anxious state” ? That is if you ever presented in life that way ? I feel like I really shouldn’t or can’t share this understanding until I live in the place of peaceful existence or calmness like how a lot of people with this understanding fall into. I feel like I can’t share what I don’t have.

Hi Trudy, One time at an 3pP annual conference I got so nervous that I started but couldn’t continue my talk. As I continued to listen to and study the works of Sydney Banks I had little insight and shifts. At first my anxiety still came but I became more resilient and got over it sooner. Then I started to experience more and more peace within. Then I started to trust my own wisdom more. Now anxiety if free to come and go with having little impact on my life. As soon as you have had insights into the 3Ps that have helped you then you have something to share with others. You don’t have to be perfect to do that. Remember most people haven’t realized they have innate well-being or that Thought is the source of all their feelings. I wish you all the best. With love, Dicken

Fantastic! The one principal which i still don't really understand well is "Mind"...is there a simple one sentence explanation to the principle of "Mind"? Seemingly consciousness and thought seem to cover everything in the himan experience. So what exactly is the principle of "Mind" doing? Thank you! It can be a few sentences if needed ha!

I will point toward mind It is the formless source of everything in life, including our bodies, their functions, and their experiences. This formless energy field is full of intelligence, what is often called wisdom. In other words, there is a deeper intelligence than or brain. When our minds are quiet and clear, anyone can access wisdom which brings us feelings that uplift and new and fresh thinking that guides us through life.

I would like to correct something you said: " The principles can't be known by the intellect." Well, yes they can. Anyone can understand the concepts of the three principles. You clearly mean to imply something else, which you explain in your example of a computer not being able to know something beyond itself.

I agree. I think he means that you don’t fully understand until you actually apply it 😊I.e you actually drop the thinking

When I have been using my intellect to understand the 3 principles, i turned them into a technique. When I realised them they became the unchangeable and constant Truth. That's the difference.
