Bonjour, merci beaucoup pour cette pratique. Je rencontre une problème au moment de descendre les mains derrière la tête. Si je fais attention à garder les doigts pointés vers le ciel, mes paumes de mains se décollent. Il n'y a plus que les bouts des doigts qui sont joints. Si je laisse coller mes mains, je ne peux pas les descendre jusqu'à la nuque. Est ce que je continue comme cela et mes mains vont apprendre à descendre peu à peu avec la pratique. Ou bien y a t-il une alternative ? Merci !

Initialement, la priorité n'est pas de descendre les mains jusqu'à la nuque. Il est plus important de garder les paumes des mains ensemble et les doigts pointés droit vers le haut. Avec une pratique régulière, vous serez plus souple et pourrez progressivement descendre les mains un peu plus bas.🙏

Because no no one should learn surya kriya online. That's why you never find out the right one on online. I think she learned it at Isha and teaches it herself.

Beautiful video. I’m inspired to make something similar. Just one thing though. I’ve noticed in a number of Angamardana videos that with the elbow to knee movements a lot of people are doing it very fast but they are not touching the opposite elbow on the ground. For example, when the right elbow touches the left knee the left elbow should touch the floor. This is to give maximum stretch, I believe. I was in a Angamardana correction program and a guy did like 50 sets but not once did he do it correctly. Maybe I’ve got it wrong but that’s how I remembered it. Anyways, you guys look great.
