first video with my voice in it. kind of nervous about it. in my opinion my voice isn't the best and it kind of cringe when i hear it played back. but i guess i got to get over that especially with the type of content i plan on making. this was just something small i threw together. i also made a community post as a test and 2 people voted for gray zone so here you go. its not the best video i know. I didn't get to record a lot because whenever i would enable my recording software it would make my game stutter and become unplayable.

Fun fact you can just unpack the game files with unity asset unpacker and listen to them. Theyre all labeled by name and distance. You dont need to do this

So I've actually had this video finished for a few days now but I didn't want to post it in the heat of all the controversy. I do not agree with what BSG is doing but i still felt like i should post this to see what the reaction is. I'm still willing to make videos for the rest of the guns in the game. but if no one cares i might as well not bother. so if this video gets at least 100 likes ill produce more since i still see this a worthwhile guide to continue to make. unless things change regarding the whole BSG situation these gun guide videos will most likely be the last of the Tarkov content I will be willing to produce. so again. if this video gets at least 100 likes ill finish recording all gun sounds.

Doesnt the sound also depend on the type of ammo used like Sub sonic ammo?

There should be a feature like in the "Hunt: Showdown" where you can check the sound of specific gun (from 0m I believe to, 100m, 200m, up to 1000m away). Anyway, thank you for this.

No more wonder why i can't know which weapon is fired, some have the same sound as sniper, dvl have a sound of a bad caliber, bro nothing help here, shotgun make same as some poor caliber too, can't reconize properly if its a sniper, a carbin, or a shotgun oO, rsass = svds for an exemple... Nice video. Have the audio levels been normalized at all? The AXMC sounds kinda quiet relative to some of the other guns. Also, were you wearing a headset, if so, which one?

I think the 870 sounds the most realistic, you can hear it just echo off the trees so well
