The only game I've played where I felt like iron sights were done correctly, was Rising Storm 2. I really don't care about the rear sight being out of focus etc. that doesn't matter imo, however the feeling that the sight gives is much more important. In EFT for example, it feels hopeless to use irons, I don't know why, it just does. In rising storm 2, it was a pleasure, why? I have no clue.
