Hi kamahlkaaan, there were non-English folk there, the Folcmoot was an open event in Burbage, Wiltshire. It was an English traditional event - the chance for people to experience English pastimes such as archery, boxing, football, tug-o-war, a children's battle re-enactment, football tournament and more, with food, drink, music, clothing and merchandise stalls.

@oeppevnvpeb It is, though there are many disadvantages with the current system - read up on the Barnett Formula and the West Lothian question if you get the chance. Regarding the Shields, two of them are English symbols - the White Dragon and St George's cross, the others are mock medieval shields, nothing to do with Ireland or Scotland (except for possibly colour?)
