Wait is this " the"jeff jordan Jim Jordan's brother? I was handpicked to wrestle for him in a 2 day national tournament in Tennessee. In the early 2000s. If I remember correctly our lineup was nuts. We were stacked.

I tied up with Nate Carr when he was coaching at WV and I was P.E. student. He used to tell all his students if they could last 60 seconds without getting choked out they would receive an automatic "A" in his class. Never saw anybody come close. Really nice dude too.

Tip: you don't need to grab the wrist. It's a give away if you tuck your grip through the tricep and onto the back of the rotator cuff it creates a joint lock on the shoulder and allows you to roll through easier and already in position.
