I’m going to try and make Cc free versions of the houses, but the save file itself will require some slight Cc/mods for it to look the way it does.

Hey thanks! I use the khippie terrain override to make the ground textures look more realistic. But I don’t use any mods for the trees and stuff, it’s just my reshade that changes the colors a bit! It’s available on my patreon 🫶🏻

You got the feel down right. I grew up in Santa Monica and the plants and architecture is so spot on. You see this style houses there and all parts of Los Angles, Culver City, Venice etc. in all neighborhoods from high to low econonmic. Minus the trash and rubbish, many of these house easily go for a million or more, in my old stomping ground.

If installed correctly, it should be under your saves when you click “load game” in the main menu 🙂

Really like this one. I'm reading a novel by Erin Young at the moment titled The Fields and it's a crime thriller set in a small agricultural county town, and this is exactly how I imagine the protagonists home to look like (she's a sergeant). Beautiful realistic work. Sims builders can learn a lot from you!! 💛
