I live in Kentucky use to live in Georgia so this looks like a lot of houses out this way and in Georgia. My daughter and her family lives in a split level. As soon as you walk in the steps are there and you can go up to main level of living area, kitchen, hall bathroom, master bedroom with a small bathroom and 2 other bedrooms for kids. If you go down it is the basement that is a living area on one side and a half bath then go through a door and there is a laundry room under the stairs and storage area. Go through another door and it’s the garage to outside. I have tried to build this but I am not talented enough 😢 only good at decorating 😂 Wish I could find someone to build it for me. I have been trying to to build my childhood house. Had done it once years ago and it got lost since it wasn’t saved 😢

I typically read in the headliner of these builds "realistic house." This, my dear.. is realistic!!! Bravo! My grandmother's house had the metal supports, not beams on the exterior of her house. Lol. I'm only 4:15 in and feel the nostalgia and taken back in time.

Live in Mississippi - we have sooo many houses that are a cookie cutter of this with slight variations! Did such a great job with thjs!

This is exactly the kind of housing Del sol valley needs. Honestly, 4rent really saved the usability of that neighborhood in my opinion because the huge lots in the low end neighborhood hood make no sense without the option to subdivide or make rental housing. Beautiful build!

The outside of this house reminds me so much of my grandparents place.
