This is in Vancouver, British Columbia, and NOT a representation of "Life in Canada". Every nation has homelessness and often times drug addiction issues. British Columbia tried very liberal ideas to try and cope with the problem with very mixed results; debates about effectiveness are ongoing. It is sad to see.

I spend time in Vancouver once or twice per year and in case anyone doesn't know, this has been Hastings for decades. Nothing new or unusual compared to any other city. Other than some addicts loitering in Chinatown, Vancouver and its surrounding areas are absolutely beautiful.

Calling Hastings street 'Real Canada' is an insult to Canadians. It is indeed one of the worst places in Canada...maybe one of the worst in NA, but calling it 'Real Canada'? It is one street in Canada and you have multiple videos depicting Canada in this disgusting way...shame on you.
