this can all be done with foam board you can get at the 1.25 store, that being said, I love re using cardboard for stuff like this. i always have tons of it laying around. I use the Terraino terrain builder books that use foam for everything to build your terrrain and dungeon walls. theres even a book for towns and such. but id rather use cardboard since its so easy to get and get for free mostly

I love how you get 1) fast results, at 2) a low price and that 3) look great! Aren’t those the three boses that everyone says can’t be checked off simultaneously, not all three? LOL PS. Are you on permanent hiatus, or do you plan to make more terrain videos again? Thanks!

Some ideas: drip watered down PVA thru the clump foilage to seal it in place solidly. Use hot-glue to add planks to the CD. I did this recently and was much less painful than superglue looks to be. I love the way your project worked out! The mid-point breaks are a great idea.

Have you actually tried making a box from 6mm MDF with wood glue? When it dries the bond is way stronger than the MDF material is, it would be rock solid

Matte or gloss modge podge?
@Falvodor9 ай бұрын
Either will work, since its covered in paint later. I usually buy gloss so I can use it for other things to get a glossy finish. So I likely used gloss here

Sorry but I don't have any measurements on hand, and it's since been given away. I think from memory each edge was about 2 or 3 inches, and I used a guide on drawing hexagons I found online

You can buy chinchilla bathing sand really cheap in almost all pet shops. I've used it for my WOR buildings, and the texture is just right.
