I will follow with pleasure your journey to Berlin marathon. I’m also in marathon prep for Toulouse (South Ouest France) one. Week 3 for me and the marathon is on November 10th

Aubrey, I am starting this running KZbin journey, primarily to review shoes, but also to do some running vlogs. I have followed you for some time on my personal account (@FrankEhbrecht) but I’m looking for advice because you seem to have shot up pretty quickly in subscribers since you changed up your channel. Any advice? Equipment, cameras, etc. what software do you use to edit video? What are your thoughts on getting the GoPro Hero 12 Black for my camera, or will iPhone 14 Pro Max be good enough?

Be careful though with the intensity the Runna app throws at you for your first marathon. Fordy and Thismessyhappy first time plans do almost everything in Z2. Maybe worth a chat to the Runna coaches via the app and see if it needs adapting for your running history?

Aubrey have you considered doing a video on the tech and process behind making videos? Not many runners can make videos as good as you and I feel many of us new runners would like to document some of our runs and running trips to look even half as good as yours.

I had the Deviate Nitro 2's and wanted to get another pair. I can't get my size here in NZ, they are sold out, so I ordered a pair of these Nitro 3's. They are going back as they have reduced the volume in the forefoot to the extent that there is too much pressure on my little toes. Message to Puma, don't try and fix something that is not broken.

I found it to be the best shoes I’ve ever worn. And it’s designed exactly for the type of feet I have and my issues. ASICS is way ahead of everyone else right now. Brooks and new balance are tied for 2nd for me. Flat feet and plantar fasciitis. Both feet. Horrible pain. These shoes get me through the day with a little soreness at the end of my day. 17 k steps per day on hard concrete indoor

@@AubreyRunning you’re correct. I don’t use them for running. Just every day use at work. I can see why a person wouldn’t want to wear them for running due to the size of the shoe. For running I prefer the Brooks Adrenaline 22 gts due to how they propel you forward. Great video. Now a subscriber 👍🏽👍🏽

I picked up a pair of these for £100 on SportsShoes. Well worth it at half price. Fully recommend. I am using it for my interval sessions so as to save my Vaporflys for race day. I’ve done 155km in them so far and the foam sole has held up really well, and that includes running on gravel trails.
