Shot in the back, over 68 shots fired by the cops, and those kids on the school bus witnessed this. Utterly sad. Don't know why the cops had to kill him , honestly there's no need for them to ever shoot anyone dead, why can't the shoot suspects with tranquilizers? I mean that would knock them out in seconds... Unfortunately they probably aren’t. There are only rare occasions when police officers are held responsible for crimes they commit. Sometimes they even get paid suspension from work.

Many times the police are what make things a lot worse. These videos show a bunch of shoot now, keep shooting "cops" who are our for blood. They also seem to try to sway the narrative to anything that you're hearing. Most of the time they don't do that very well and they turn the sound off or do other things to block the camera (which is supposed to be for their benefit as far as I believe. It's not for the people) They're not very good at anything except killing people. They rarely ever take responsibility for what they do and they almost always have a ton of excuses to excuse their murdering. We are afraid of the police and you're guilty to them until you can hopefully be proven innocent. There's rarely any reason for them to shoot and there's never a reason for so many bullets to be shot and shot into a person. They have no real plan except to execute. Execute now, ask questions later. Smh

@@leelyn12 there’s no evidence he pointed a pistol at them. It’s hearsay by the cop who opened fire on a man and his dog while they remained in the car. Police knew he had an air pistol due to a previous run in. They knew it was an air pistol before they even got it from his vehicle, they knew it wasn’t real.

They found an air pistol in just car AFTER they had taken this man’s life. Conveniently they also couldn’t retrieve the footage from Richards dash cam that would’ve shown Richard pointing the gun (that was still in the car) at officers. So much foul play.

It is sad this is my family that was shot by Salem PD All he needed was a little help there were three other times we he was asking for help once in December and 2 days before this happened and he was discarded there needs to be more mental health services for people like my cousin that needed HELP NOT TO BE SHOT WE ALL MISS HIM VERY MUCH. To everyone out there be careful if you have a cellphone in your hand and a cop thinks it is a gun and he fills that his life is in danger they will just shot u and ask questions later
