He tried robbing someone and someone called the cops on him he was armed and shot first I’m pretty sure and they shot him down and it happened in Salem Oregon

Shot in the back, over 68 shots fired by the cops, and those kids on the school bus witnessed this. Utterly sad. Don't know why the cops had to kill him , honestly there's no need for them to ever shoot anyone dead, why can't the shoot suspects with tranquilizers? I mean that would knock them out in seconds... Be a lot safer..
