NB baggy pants and long tops get caught on the saddle nose! Pull them up and tuck them in.

ook me a while to find out what i really like... never was a big bike rider , one day i got me a bmx cruiser because it reminded me of my childhood...after realizing its only made to drive short distances i got rid of it.... then i thought i need suspesnions on my bike...after realizing the weight and the absorbing power i realized a gravel biek is perfekt... fast speeds on roads and also beeing able to ride to the woods is the best combo for me... mahle motor with pinon belt drive is my dream ...

That’s super useful - big thanks. If you happen to read this - I’m in my 70’s and finding it increasingly difficult to lift my leg over the bike. Are there any specific exercises I can do to help solve this? Tx very much indeed - have liked and subscribed.

Additionally hold the hand breaks as if you're stopping to stabilize the bike when getting on and off the bike.

Aw man! Well there’s always tomorrow, but this is the video where I now understand how to push off correctly (it helps that I can clearly see your whole body) I got too scared earlier and have decided to turn in for the night but this video has me ready to try again. The other videos showed the push off, but they were angled in a way that had me thinking “too advanced! I can’t do that!” Well, I can’t give up and waste my brand new bike now can I ?

I bought an e bike that's getting delivered tomorrow and what I hadn't noticed was that it said it was NOT for anyone under 5 45 and legs shorter than 38.5. I'm 5 ft.. even and my legs are 30-32 Inches. Bikes description says get will not touch the ground if under those measurements. Will this work for me? I tried to cancel the order but too late. My plan was to either get very high boots or to use a curb to get on....but had no idea yet how id stop going at a significant speed yet not be able to rrach the ground. I been having anxiety over this.

I would have shown some examples of different types of helmets that you carry from cheap to expensive as well. I know companies like smith also make biking helmets with MIPS technology which you should have discussed. Too short of a video.

This is good for begginers but I wouldn't say the right way. The way i've always done it is I start from the left side of the bike and the left crank halfway up and then simply just stand on the left crank with my left foot and the height it starts at both gets you moving right away(so you can stay upright) and also allows you to easily swing your right leg over. Of course it works from the left side too if you just invert all the left and rights.
