Helmet Guide - Why spend more?

It can be a bit overwhelming figuring out all of these different helmets on the market nowadays. Here's a quick breakdown of what's important and why its worth spending just a little bit more than the entry level stuff.

I would have shown some examples of different types of helmets that you carry from cheap to expensive as well. I know companies like smith also make biking helmets with MIPS technology which you should have discussed. Too short of a video.

Here people will laugh at us if we helmet on bicycle, they say helmet is for motorcycle only
