Its difficult to be greatful when all you want is to not exist, i did not ask to be born or for existence before this human birth but i have to play along and pretend i am greatful.

Categorically banning euthanesia/assisted suicide and the death penalty is wrong, just as it is wrong to categorically ban abortion. That being said, if your existence is something you find wanting, for example because you were born deformed, you can still make an attempt to rework it on the basis of the experiences and values in your life which are worth appreciating, such as experiences of joy, beauty and comfort. That's not a guaranteed, closing solution but it is a way to iterate on your comfort levels (the main factor to deciding whether life as it is is still worth living) and experience more personal agency. Asian Buddhists don't often understand this because the rate of deformity is just categorically higher in the Western world, and the most deformed don't often make it far in Buddhist hierarchy, but if you want to help them understand this is the information they need for that purpose.

Homage to Buddha Manjushri :15th anniversary of the great Ati yoga Dzogchen master Khenchen Padma Tsewang Rinpoche from East Tibet . On this photo Khenchen Pentse Rinpoche (as lovely called by His students) recited Manjushri-nama-samgiti /Chanting the names of Manjushri /in Tibetan . I asked Rinpoche for the lung/oral transmission of this ancient holy Text and was so happy to receive it together with few others (1997)... It was astonishing to see Rinpoche*s concentration after 9 hours ! of giving Empowerments at the Shambhala Buddhist center in Vienna , he still recited Manjushri-nama -samgiti for 14 minutes ! without any difficulties . Only emanation of Manjushri can do this !

Wonderful and important teaching. I had the good fortune of meeting Rita in Ladakh at the Kalachakra empowerment with H.H. The Dalai Lama, and can attest to what a dedicated and helpful Dharma Teacher she really is.

She is cute and innocent. I like the teaching part that Khenpo is doing. This is really good but making them sit on a throne yet, I strongly reject as that will not help the student at all.

If you want to practice Dzogchen, just go to Chadral Rinpoche in Nepal. He is old and go as soon as you can. Another option is Garchen Rinnpoche in the United States. These are two genuine Dzogchen Masters

Trust me, i know this guy and i am telling you guys to help, not to harm him. I don't care how he lives his life but he is wasting time of people who genuinely seek nirvana. There is one more such charlatant. His name on facebook is Khenchen Lama. Be careful, that is also crazy

This Khenpo has some dharma knowledge, for sure, but he is crazy. He is wasting his time and also the time of the people who follow him. He wants to become famous, like Sogyal Rinpoche, but he has to take one more life or more to do that. He is absolutely useless. Go find the right teacher rather than wasting your time with this ego maniac.

I can only tell you that I believe he is Buddha, but you have to judge for yourself. As for no attachments, that could mean many different things to you and me, so I won't comment on it. I will say that in Buddhism we believe that you are thinking, and thinking is always attached to something, it always has an object. So, the goal is not to have no attachments, the goal is to attach to positive thinking.
