IMO bringing back kyle crane seems weird because in dl1, he either gets nuked or becomes a volatile. The volatile ending made way more sense to kyles character and overall left a great continuation path for future games. Kyle spreading the infection should have been why villedor and other places have zombies and the infection around, but no, they made a weird beat-around-the-bush explanation of the GRE making a cure and messing up a second time. And also, aiden wasnt a bad character, i feel like i wouldn’t have minded the next dl to be about aiden in a different city. But ofc, they had to ruin dl2’s continuation path with aiden becoming a monster, or also getting nuked. Those endings seem familiar..

I never pre-order a game, but I did with this one because all the fun I had with the first 3 games. I felt so stupid. I paid a lot just to play 3 hours and decided to uninstall it, because the game really sucks. I guess I'll have to wait another year, and the game will be 5 times cheaper. What surpsrises me a lot, is the amount of positive reviews on steam... Really? I will never pre-order again
