For the record, there are currently over 100 apartments like this for sale in Monaco, half of them being on the market for more than a year, sometime even 2 years... Brits, who used to be the biggest contingent of wealthy foreigners coming to Monaco, don't want to go for that scam anymore. Picture it! If you have 10 M€ in your wallet, you don't want to spend 8,5 M€ on such a cheap apartment, even for a weekend every month! Many of them who work in the bank sector between London and Monaco actually moved to Nice (20 minutes by train) where you would get a gorgeous villa for 8,5 M€ 😉

Was there last week, for the price the development does not look good enough and too much concrete and cannot understand the walkway to the beach being all concrete and not shops , gyms etc. Very cold ambience from the development

The price makes exclusive. But.... Monaco is slowly turning into Miami. You pay several millions for a small apartment with ocean view, which will be blocked in a few months by another unwanted overpriced skyscraper. Not good....

Check out there NHS it's disgusting as i have seen it and know others that had to get of of the so called HOSPITALs ok Gsey health care when you become resident but it does not cover things like kidney transplant ect..ect..Private health insurance will only wear so many claims One big guartee in life you will fall ill ...Prices in Supermarkets are double if not triple that what we pay Special k over 7 E a packet I don't eat it but you get the jist ..Plus it is boring..

Cool project, but the buildings are ugly and soul-less. The floating main building looks like an industrial estate. And why make it floating? Sea-levels aren't actully rising. Build traditional and with soul and life instead of these Dubai-esque steel & glas structures.

Sergey: I have posted before regarding your excellent films. To be perfectly direct, your presentation WAS well scripted, well filmed and as such, provides an excellent presentation of Mareterrra. However, my greatest compliment regards the following. I am familiar with everything that is involved with and that which regards "Living in Monaco". "Oh, Brother". :) That includes the unbelievable "administrative control" Albert, Caroline and the Principality have over people who buy there and live there. We know well people at Icon Properties, Monaco Estates, etc. I say the following. SO sincerely..... what so genuinely impresses us about you and your colleagues is the enviable "Psychiatric Stamina" you possess to deal with the"personality disorders" who sometimes move there, buy there, etc. :) We are sincerely envious that anyone can remain such a kind personality while dealing with a "certain client base". :) In daily life I only wish I had such strength ! :) :) Bravo to you. :) Antoine

One Monte Carlo and Tour Odeon look much better imo. Would have love that type of architecture for this new quarter. Not sure how this style will age in 10-20 years but seeing these large “concrete like” areas at the promenade levels just doesn’t give me an “would love to live here” vibe. Or they could have simply extended the Carre d or beautiful old architecture. Would have been so amazing.
