if it is something you end up doing, you sound like you're at least fostering the mindset of becoming an entrepreneur. as long as you are, i think you're achieving progress. i recommend zicam cold remedy for cold related symptoms 💪 that or even a zinc supplement works. you are capable, gl✌

Look up local car insurance companies around your area and maybe you can apply there. It’s a start if you want to get into selling insurance. I had a friend work for a car insurance place and he said that it sells itself. People walk in needing insurance and you just sell it to them. 🤷

Dont worry. Is coming. Caregiving is great but only if you do it on your own. Healthcare agencies are thiefts. Their pay is miserable!! Try to work directly for the client. I love to work for elderly ❤

Good to hear you ended the mentorship thing, shouldn't pay for that stuff. Have you considered working for the state of California? It's pretty good! Also, listening to highly rated audiobooks on finances and self-improvement is where I learn the most.

going out on your own is extremely difficult. pooling resources with your mother, other family, or boyfriend is the way to go. very few are getting ahead just on their own effort.

Think about careers that would be fulfilling to you. Also ones that will still be in demand years in the future. Education and Nursing would be some good choices. You do you and don't worry about anyone else. Something to think about if you would want to go to FL. would be by bus. Good luck whatever you do or choose.

search for remote work lots of people moving to Florida, traffic is awful because DeSantis was build homes first ask questions later. Hence they are not considering traffic consequences. Traffic is already BAD and they are still not building roads and still building homes. You want to know their solution. Toll roads!

Skills with adult care and nursing will get your foot in the door in Florida because its a retirement destination. BUT if its not you then I recommend remote work. There are people who work at Disney and are still homeless. You got to have connections or be flexible to deal with roommates if you get a low end service job.

Our HOA just added no renting out a room rules. It doesn't really effect me but personally I think they are overreaching. Its not their business I think and I don't think its enforceable. I suspect my neighbor is doing it. Anyways just a picture of how things are here.

Miami is so expensive. When I lived in Florida I lived in a different city more north and took a train down to Miami every morning. It’s much cheaper

Great decision. Curious why Miami FL for you? CA is simply the best, I live in NorCal, so slight bias. I've been to Florida, including Miami, definitely not for me. Also, your mentor person doesn't sound like the best influence for you, just based off of some of the things you mentioned.
