شیف نے پریشر ککر میں ایک کپ پانی اور ایک کپ گھی (ہر 300 ملی لیٹر) استعمال کیا ہے۔ 18 منٹ تک ابالنے کے بعد جب ککر کھولا گیا تو پانی کی مقدار ویڈیو کی شروعات میں دکھائے گئے پانی سے تقریباً 3 گنا زیادہ دکھائی دے رہی تھی۔ گوشت پکانے سے پہلے پانی میں ڈوبا ہوا نہیں پایا جاتا تھا لیکن ابالنے کے بعد مکمل طور پر پانی میں ڈوب جاتا تھا۔ یہ بات سمجھ میں نہیں آئی کہ پریشر ککر کا ڈھکن کھولنے کے بعد ککر میں پانی کی سطح کم ہونے کی بجائے اتنی زیادہ کیسے ہو گئی۔ کچھ پوشیدہ ہے جسے شیف نے ظاہر نہیں کیا ہے۔ یہ پیشہ ورانہ بے ایمانی ہے۔ کنی میں مٹن شفٹ کرنے کے بعد پکانے سے مٹن کا پانی کم نہیں ہوا/سوکھا نہیں گیا لیکن شیف یہ دعویٰ کر رہا ہے کہ مٹن فرائی ہو گیا ہے (بھون لیا) میں نے کبھی نہیں سنا کہ مٹن کو پانی میں تلا جا سکتا ہے۔ یہ کیا ہے؟ یہ باورچی عوام کو کیا بتا رہا ہے اور گمراہ کر رہا ہے۔ اس سے براہ کرم میرے سوالات اور مشاہدات کی وضاحت کے لیے کہا جا سکتا ہے۔

Chef has used one cup of water and one cup of Ghee ( Each 300ml) in pressure cooker. After boiling for 18 minutes when cooker was opened the amount of water was looking about 3 times more than added water shown in the begnning of video. Before cooking the mutton was not found sank in water but after boiling it was completely sank in water . It is not under stood how level of water in cooker was so high instead of low after opening the lid of pressure cooker. Some is hidden which chef has not disclosed . It professional dishonesty. After shifting mutton into Kunni the water of the mutton was not reduced/ dried by cooking but the chef is claiming that that mutton has been fried (Bhoon Liya) I have never listened that mutton can be fried in water . What is this . What this chef is telling the people and misguiding. He may please be asked to explain my questions and observations.

Mutton releases its own juices (water), which is why the level of liquid seems increased after opening pressure cooker its a normal phenomenon Secondly, oil was included along with water and other ingredients, so bhunai in kunna making is bit different from bhunai of a karahi or bhuna gosht where one has to reduce all the water so that meat can be fried in ghee or oil

Sir aap ne tu Kunna k ingredients ko start mein hi mix kar dia. This is not an authentic way for cooking Kunna Over all your recipe is good MashaAllah

In pakaistan, goat meat is called Mutton and sheep , and fat tail meat is lamb Whereas actual definition is what you have mentioned
