Also who freaking inherits a church ???where does it say that in the Bible. David Wilkerson never inherited down his church!! All his son’s church planted out of of state following God’s calling. He prayed and God has lead Pastor Colon and his wife now a wonderful pastor/ president of seminary. Pastor Teresa to follow God’s calling. Pastor Dave would encourage women who were called to ministry to become best version of God’s calling. All this is prayer!! Why are you interfering with God’s plan for God’s chosen? It’s not the gender that defines who goes in to the ministry, it is whom God called upon. We read the dame book cross and the switchblade and interpret totally differently. Why do you wear jewelry? Does anyone lift their hands up in the air praise God at “redeemer”?? Isn’t your institution dead “church” why are you sneaking same sex speakers into the pulpit. How do they know they are celibate or not? Do they even believe in the power of prayer and the moving of the Holy Spirit? Yes please read the Bible as a whole and stop cherry picking!! Just because you are bitter and became anti-women, it isn’t your right to make all women suffer keeping them in the dark. Really why? Not sure if you are for Christ or Anti-Christ. If you spent this vehement energy in to saving unsaved souls following the Great Commission it would have been great. Make it crystal clear from the start PCA and The Redeemer Presbyterian Church is for same sex and oppressing women just because you believe it’s right. Did you read what Jesus did? Why would reach out to women at the well?? Did Jesus ever was a “vehement opponent” of women in His time? Please go check where this vengeful energy is stemmed out of. I am so sorry you were booed at…. Hitler was booed at his skills and became a tyrant… sadly.

Perhaps you have deep rooted bitterness from the past experiences and made you “vehemently” against women. The “redeemer” Presbyterian “church” experience was cherry picking for misogynists. Women are being abused and kept in the dark. Make your stance known on your “church” website. Also make it known that you “allow” same sex attracted speakers to give relationship advices to singles at your institution. What’s with the secrecy? Make it clearly known to the women at your institution. It is not in your power to control/make decision for themselves. What if you are wrong? I agree with pastor David Wilkerson who dedicated his entire life saving lives and helping all genders to follow God’s Will for their lives not you being God keeping them in the dark. What you believe or was hurt by is one thing. However it is not decision to keep women being abused. As you have mentioned there were too many misogynists why were not servant leader at your institution. I wonder what God’s take on this matter talking to late Tim Keller. Why are you cherry picking? What did the Bible aay about same sex relationship??? You are contradicting what you are saying. You speak over men who fears the church leadership they fear YOU!

2nd gen Korean-Canadian here. We can still relate even if we're north of the border. Our experiences in Canada is very much the same as those in America. Our Korean parents left Korea when it was a time of struggle and few opportunities in a country that had the same GDP as Kenya. They left behind everything they knew to come to a foreign land with foreign peoples and a foreign language and culture. What a great sacrifice they made. I can't imagine how difficult it was for them. There was definitely the need and still is for Korean churches. As all things change, so to is the Korean church in North America changing. We see what happened to the early European settlers that came to the New World. They came as British, Irish, Scottish, Scandinavian, German, Dutch, Spanish, and more. Several generations later, they no longer identify themselves as those ethnic groups. Most of them have all intermarried and today refer to themselves only as "white" like that is a ethnicity or race but of course it is not. Same as blacks. Black slaves that came from Africa came from all different regions of Africa and none of them today refer to themselves as Nigerians or Cameroonians, but simply as black. Most "white" people today if they did a genealogy test would show they have 1/8 or 1/16th of varying nationalities. My friends that I grew up with who were white were 1/4 this and 1/4 that and still don't refer to themselves as Scottish or Irish or German. They are so far removed from the lineage that they only refer to themselves as Canadian or white. Same goes with blacks. In fact 70% of blacks in America are actually mixed with European ancestry. So I don't see why in a few generations, Koreans would follow suit. A large portion of 2nd gens are already intermarried and have biracial children who will grow up and marry another person who is biracial or multiracial and their children would then only be a fraction Korean along with many others ethnic origins that they won't attach themselves to just that one fraction they descended from but will fall into the "general population" which might just be "white" or "black" or maybe there be a new group that are multiracial and don't refer to themselves anymore as multiracial even. They are so blended that you become simply "American" or "Canadian" or whatever the context they are living in at the time. The 2nd gen experience is indeed a "bubble". It's so unique because we don't belong truly to either side of our makeup. Born from Korean parents in North America, we seen as visible minorities here and never truly as 100% American or 100% Canadian. But when we go to Korea, though we are 100% same blood/genetic makeup, we are not accepted as 100% Korean natives but we are seen as foreigners. So we are not the sum of our parts. We are actually a unique and distinct new ethnic group that has it's own cultural identity and history (short albeit) that is neither Korean nor American/Western. It's Korean-American (or Korean-Canadian). It's a very humbling thought to realize we exist in this short bubble and will not exist beyond it. This goes the same to other ethnic groups as well. Korean churches and the 2nd gen will still be around for a while because even though the original 2nd gens have grown up, have their own children (3rd gen) and soon becoming grandparents even (4th gen), the new immigrants coming from Korea (which is far less today than in our parents time) will still keep the need for Korean churches around. Then those newly immigrants that settle down and have children will create another 2nd gen. but a "new" 2nd gen (with an entirely new and different experience growing up as 2nd gen.) so-to-speak and replacing us, the original 2nd gens. By the time the original 2nd gens 3rd gen and 4th gen grow up and blend into the general population dispersing or disbanding the original 2nd gen Korean church, new 2nd gen Korean church are still around because of the smaller but new wave of Korean immigrants. The baffling thing is, the new 2nd gen wave and the original 2nd gen wave might be so different they cannot really relate to each other due to being both 2nd gens but separated by 30 years. Growing up as a 2nd gen today in the 2020s vs 1970s is so different we may find the new 2nd gens somewhat foreign to us haha. This cycle will continue further down the line but will present newer challenges and complications because Korea itself is becoming a multicultural country which means that you may soon start having Korean immigrants arriving to North America who are not ethnically Korean but maybe they are Ghananians, or Pakistanis, or Filipinos, Vietnamese. They were born in Korea as 2nd gen filipinos with Korean nationality, so when they immigrate to US or Canada, they won't be Koreans but they will be Filipino-Koreans arriving to US as 1st gen Filipino-Korean Koreans lol. Then their children will be be 2nd gen. Filipino-Korean Koreans etc. which by that time the difference may be so large we can't really identify with. But ultimately, the goal and mission is to bring all people to salvation and God will use every type of ministry and ethnic church and groups to do this. There is a need for ethnic specific or cultural specific ministries and churches. I also have a saying that irony to multiculturalism is that more multicultural you become, the more monocultural it will lead to eventually.

Thank you. I am deeply touched by this mandate and am currently "tutoring" 1 incarcerated student. The materials available to him and to me are excellent. Last year as I went through ChemoTherapy and Radiation, the death of my husband, who would have supported this ministry strongly, I was able to keep up, provide a measure of help, and receive blessing myself from the correspondence with my student. May God continue to work mightily.

When a house is on fire, you don't sit around and parse and debate the nature of fire; you warn those inside to flee before they are consumed, IF you love them. Eph 4:15........Luk 13:3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. Luk 17:29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all. Luk 17:30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. There are no special privilege sins.

"So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate." Desire is not a sin, but a prelude. Eve desired in a perfect state. Bad thoughts are like flaming arrows of the evil one that we reject with a shield of faith. When we say that desire is sin, we give advantage to the enemy because we admit defeat before the battle starts. These things usually overwhelm someone who is malnourished and feeds from the trough of the world.

All that in the bible, there is no reason organize Christianity should have missed it, yet the support racism and the division of God' body. God division is only based on the heart and our trust in him. We are not anointed, hear from him through the Holy Spirit unless we have been faithful committed to him. So many people will be lost due to false prophets in God' church. Right now, with all our troubles, they refuse to repent which shows their love for humanity when the act can heal the land.

Here are the authors who simply rewrote the Nashville Statement as PCA official policy. The Nashville Statement was so harsh, dogmatic, ugly, and anti-gay, that the mayor of Nashville lashed out against it for including the name of his city in the title. If gay people do NOT think of themselves, using the exact words that WE dictate for them to use, as oppose to any other words they might think better describe their personalities, - if gay people do NOT speak of themselves using the very words that WE dictate for them to use, as opposed to words we have told them are NOT to be used, - if gay people do NOT openly support and defend these draconian dictates, - then WE cannot and will not accept them as part of OUR community. Period. Furthermore we dare to simply dictate that gay Christians who do not abide by OUR rules, ARE NOT CHRISTIANS, and we shall declare that to their faces. YOU ARE NOT, CHRISTIAN. All they are doing here is trying to put big swaths of lipstick on a very ugly, misguided and offensive PIG. Kevin Deyoung has been gunning against gay people in the church RELENTLESSLY for over a decade. Here is his 'victory'. As these two hypocrites muse that they themselves AS STRAIGHT PEOPLE, don't necessarily have to agree with every sentence of this report, they know full well that they have ARMED THE GATEKEEPERS at the local church to shove this document into the noses of ANY gay people who just happen to describe themselves as gay. This discussion is pointless, dishonest and shameful. DeYoung speaks of wanting to 'transform' the lives of gay people. Maybe he could start addressing all of the arrogance and intolerance and love of power in his own life.

It is being misused, it's deceptive and unhelpful. Please stop saying, " third way". Both of you guys had Jack Jeff Davis, David Wells and perhaps Gordon Hugenberger at GCTS and so did I. Doug Stuart and Gordon Fee ( rest in peace ) would take issue with what you are saying here. Come on guys. You don't address the Church's role in contradicting the State. When the state is advocating fir something unbiblical.

No 4 question is the easiest to answer: church is outdated in the way to evangelize. Sharing life in contextual & conversation way is the key, which has been done everywhere in CAN countries. The method is applicable to connect with any faith background, even postmodern atheist. Enabling us to have close friends of every persuasions, without selling out. We need to go back to the core: we share of the good news in our lives 24/7, not converting anyone. Conversion is God the Holy Spirit’s work, thus praying continually is central.
