So funny we totally think the same my tranny cooler is mounted same spot and behind it I put my electric fuel pump so the fan set up ( I’ll be ordering it soon) will cool the tranny cooler and fuel pump figured it won’t hurt to throw some air at the fuel pump too.not much room to add accessories to these cars ! Great video I’m hooked !

I dunno, had an injector stick closed, the pintle wouldn't move. Had to slap it against a hard surface to free up the pintle then I proceeded to flush it in both directions. Two years later, that same injector was stuck again.

Hi Dick, Love this channel! I got a lot of knowledge of BBC - of it!!! Some questions as Iam looking to do ZZ502 on stock EFI454 gen6: 1. Is it necessary to use performance pushrods kit and adjustable rocker arms with ZZ502 - in a stock engine of genVI 454 ? 2. Secondly if I have to swap my stock for performance what length of pushrods should I order ? 3. Does oil pump is a necessity to be replaced for more flow? (if my stock is ok should I replece it??) My plan is ZZ502 + Valve Springs + EFI tune - rest is truck stock in Suburban gmt400

My truck is doing the same thing. I thought the oil may be getting aerated. This video confirmed that. My tick sounds like top end and is also intermittent. I need an oil pan gasket as well do I guess I can knock them both out at the same time. Thanks for posting.

I weld hose pretty much all day, very similar to what you have in your hand. Minus not having a turn table, there's not much difference to what we do and what you do. We don't do "E's", we instead do a whip motion. Starting from the inside of the hose, and bringing the arch over the filler to the outside. Similar to what you're doing with your e motion. Looks good.
