Will this new model include a Battery heater? The current 2023 to 2025 do not and driving in in cold weather lower than -25'C may not be possible as the Engine may not even start and at temperatures lower than this, when the Battery Temperature reaches -30'C the computer actually locks out the car where even charging is not possible

If Ford had started with this EV, it would be in a different position now. The starting price in our market is better than the Fiat 500e, but it can fit 4 average sized adults, which is impossible with the 500e.

Although I got a '24 T (992.1) in a manual, I actually agree with you. The PDK will beat my T all day long… making it a serious consideration. The new one (992.2) gained some weight and cost, plus the loss of that beautiful analog tachometer and the exciting start of the turn-key motion is replaced by the mundane push-button start. You’re right stickers and puddle lights just don’t get the heart racing.

Frankly, VW helped the company in the 90s and 00s, but after the Octavia's first major international success, they kept them down so they wouldn't be competition for VW and Audi's core portfolio. So a lot of elements can only be used by the brand years after they have been used within the main brand, and not even outsourced outside the group.

Did anyone see any signs that it’s a manual only model? 😂. The 2024 version with PDK comes pretty close to the new GT3, less than half a second, in acceleration. Good choice for Porsche not to offer what use to be a “no cost option “ of a PDK, as it might take some GT’ers away from the new pricing structure? Those stickers and puddles lights are making the car a bit silly taking it far from the ethos of what the T was originally.
