Enjoy baking!😉 120g unsalted butter (softened) 35g almond powder 70g granulated sugar 2 eggs 105g cake flour 1g baking powder chestnut jam (as needed) 1. Beat butter, almond powder, sugar and eggs until fluffy. 2. Sift in flour and baking powder and mix well. 3. Mix 2 scoops of batter with chestnut jam. 4. Pour half the batter into a mold, then the chestnut jam mixture in the centre, and then half the batter again. 5. Bake in a 170℃ oven for 50 minutes.
