@carrischmidt776 yah, unfortunately, that seems to be quite common in the older cemeteries I visit. Lots of young children and young adults must have been a very tough life back then

@KundaLunatic yah, I was surprised to find we have quite a few abandoned cemeteries around here, and they are nice, peaceful little places to visit, so I figured I'd find them all and check them out

@KundaLunatic Me too lol I explore every barn I find if possible, I've got a customer in Niagara on the lake that has a huge 3 story barn,built in the 1800s,old family farm he no longer uses, retired he said I could go through and video it lol he was actually pretty excited someone showed any interest in it , so if you'd like to check it out when I go I could let you know when I'm going, if you want to take a Google map peek the address is 14908 Niagara parkway, it's the big white L shaped building in the back

He's so lucky to have a family treasure like that, and kind of sad that he was excited about someone showing interest in it, because that means no one else has...The property looks beautiful, right by the river. I hope someone in his family will want to take it over some day. I'd love to check it out! It looks like there are two old silos there too?

@KundaLunatic yah there's actually a few buildings on the property. He was a chicken farmer, and due to regulations regarding how many floors you can house chickens on, lol apparently no more than 2, lol he's done with it and will probably end up selling it, apparently it is 1 of 3 of the original barns built in Niagara area, he has quite the story to tell about it, think he said his grandfather started it

@glendamc6040 Thanks, I would have like to spend more time there, but it was cold, so I will go back when it's a little warmer, I also like to visit the smaller abandoned one's aswell and have several of those trips still to upload

@peggys1140 yes the older placed were built to last, very sturdy compared to today's standards

@peggys1140 glad you liked it and yah it could have been a great restoration project, someone started a few yrs back and then it just stalled out and sat empty for the last 7 yrs with people occasionally living there

@KundaLunatic that would be fun, I've got my eye on some places up there and farther lol always looking for the next adventure, It's getting harder to find places down here

@@NiagaraUrbanExplorer We were just in Century Manor yesterday! There are a few places here but I find we have to travel a bit to find good locations. Hopefully we can co-ordinate some explorations in the future. I'll let you know of any interesting places we're planning on going to 🙂

@KundaLunatic yah, that would be cool , I travel throughout the Niagara region working and am constantly looking for places, lol. The ones with access are getting harder to find, so I've got a list of places that will require a road trip, lol . The century manor is one of them, lol heard there's security there keeping an eye on the place

@@life6 I’m used to touching gross stuff lol so never really thought about it and we don’t take anything,just look and sometimes touch lol, and all I’m doing is documenting places before there gone so no real harm done and I think these places like that someone still cares about them enough to visit and say hi

You're welcome, and yes, I'm always amazed when people leave stuff. The next video I will be posting is an abandoned farmhouse and barn completely full of their stuff like they just disappeared weirdly, creepy, and interesting all at the same time, lol

@kwacz lol I wouldn't say we were caught by police unless it happened. If you watch our other videos, we haven't had that issue until this one , police training station next door and apparently watched us go in before walking over to kick us out, not a big deal

@0annonymous this and several other buildings have been bought by the city and are slated for demo to make room for the skyway expansion

@erocker78 Yes, this one was pretty clean compared to some of the places we explore, not sure why it's been sitting empty, it's definitely livable

@C4Explore lol little did I know when pushing button they were already circling building looking for us 😅 but they were pretty decent once we explained what we were doing and cut us loose 👍 apparently there's a police station next door and they use this building for training 😆 Have yourself a great Christmas 🎄
