The visuals are gorgeous (so many run cycles, all communicating different emotions), but I really love how the words both keyed into them and stood on their own. They sounded like poetry, but explained and deepened the protagonist's thoughts so poingantly!

It’s super interesting to me how this fandom has really latched into Moira Quirk’s narration as more or less the definitive voice acting for the characters. I’ve experienced the series exclusively in audio format and I’ve been loving Moira’s voices so I’m happy to see it being used in this kind of thing

Absolutely amazing. This is a moving story that hits on so many notes of struggle and awkwardness as we grow. I instantly thought of my daughter who is finding herself. The struggles and joy of coming out, being gay and proud. Becoming a young woman and finding love. So well done.

Can somebody have a good heart tell me what the whole story is all about? I am kindly interested in this book, but I'm new to book reading, I only finished few books, Skeleton Creek book 1, potty mouth and stoopid, and 2 volumes of Hell Boy. I also read some short horror stories, and some H.P. Lovecraft stories, I am actually a Lovecraftian fan but I find Lovecraft books hard to understand because of old english, please don't make fun of me, like I said I'm new in book reading. My first book I've read is The Alchemist and I was just a high school student at that time, I also find that book hard to understand, it's just my aunt explained to me some of the parts I hardly understand. But now I'm starting to get addicted to reading books. Last day I went to a book store called Fully Booked. I bought volume 1 of Berserk, I forgot to say, I also finished a lot of manga, so back to what I did, I bought the Berserk, but this book called Gideon the Ninth and the second one called Harrow leave me interested. Actually there are a lot of books there that got my interest like Nevernight and The Resurrectionist. But can you guys explain to me the whole plot of this book? It's hard for me to fully understand the story of this book, what she is, what the world where she is, etc.

Bit late but I’ll give it a shot. So the small one is a necromancer the big one is her cavalier, bodyguard basically. In the beginning though these two hate each other and they’re on this planet to for the necromancer to become immortal. Problem is that there’s six other pairs of these people and they can’t trust each other and they also don’t know the method to become immortal. It then becomes a kind of murder mystery and it’s wonderful. My explanation didn’t do it justice but it’s a wonderful book. Probably too late as well unfortunately

Dear,Vanessa Kwan I am writing to request your permission to use your video Animation in order to create a dubbed version in Thai language. As you may know, your video has gained a significant following among Thai fans, and I believe that creating a Thai language version of your video would be an excellent way to reach even more viewers in Thailand. I would like to clarify that the purpose of the dubbed version would be solely for non-commercial purposes, and the video would be posted on a social media platform. I am confident that this project would not only provide entertainment to Thai fans but also promote your content to a broader audience. I assure you that I will give full credit to your original video and will not modify any part of it except for adding the Thai language audio track. Additionally, I will comply with any copyright and intellectual property laws regarding your video and will ensure that the dubbed version is taken down if any issues arise. If you agree to this request, I would be grateful if you could provide me with a written agreement that grants me the permission to create the dubbed version of your video. I am looking forward to hearing back from you soon. Thank you for considering my request. Sincerely, Cutslight

It's from The Locked Tomb series. The first one, Gideon the Ninth. Gideon's a huge doofus of a jock. It's sweet as well, because it's sort of turned her scorn for her house's necromancy specialty into a sort of accepted connection that she expresses with pride, even if she knows next to nothing about magic. Her and Harrow were basically like each other's nemesis's for most of their childhoods so this is a sort of sweet reconciliation between them as well, especially given that usually Harrow held Gideon in total contempt, and now she's relying on her. It's that Locked Tomb style where it blends hilarious and emotional into the same scene.

It's always amazing when something you're not even remotely interested in is recommended. Like a well made animatic for a series you've never heard of pops up so you look into it and find a full on series and fandom tied to it. KZbin is amazing sometimes. Anyways, great vid
