Vanilla gic2 sucks. You gotta play with the hpm mod. It fixes most of vic2 issues and makes it one of the best paradox games ever. Its like what TMPE is for cities skylines. If ur feeling fancy you get gfm with is like hpm but add more flavor and formables but is lagger and more railroaded.
