it would be nice if somehow the yield of this recipe is listed and the salt content per teaspoon/tablespoon were given. or at best to weigh the jars and then weigh them after they are filled and the weight of the sodium that is added so we can figure the teaspoon/tablespoon sodium.

Thankyou for your videos! So helpful. In my Thermo recipe book, it says to insert the butterfly whisk (step 4) for the mushroom risotto. I left it in as it didn't say to remove it!! Has Thermomix now deleted this step with your new model?

A shower cap is great for covering a bowl, and is reusable.

Is this the type of sauce you would use with pasta, it looks lovely.

No, it’s ketchup (like you’d have on chips (fries), with your bacon and eggs, etc. If you’re looking for a sauce to eat with your pasta, look for marinara sauce.
