I stayed there in 2018 for New Years' Celebration. The hotel was lovely, and the staff were very welcoming, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend them

Dios mio estoy en creer que les pagaron para que escribieran cosas buenas del resort. este es el peor, que he estado se esta cayendo a pedazo de viejo. 2 hora para el chekin. 2 hora mas para comer algo Que desepcion. Llegue y me quería ir sucio y muy antiguo.

Dear on Duty! I want to report about a robbery in one of your hotels in Bayahibe - Be Live Collection Canoa. Money was stollen from the wallet inside the backpack. When we reported it to the security and to the management of the hotel, they insist that we didn’t use the safe lock inside our room. But the safe lock is for the extra money, and we couldn’t even imagine that 5 star hotel in Dominican Republic may be unsafe. The security personnel was very rude to us. And they don’t want to help. Especially Pedro Rodriguez (chief of security) and Christopher Bon ( chef an aged of the hotel). They blame us that it’s our fault about the robbery. So, please pay extra attention on this hotel about the security here! They even didn’t apologize!!! We also filed a report in the police!

He sido cliente de este Hotel en 4 ocasiones, grandes profesionales, buenos servicios y comida de surtido amplio y calidad. Los trabajadores/as de Belive son muy atentos, amables y serviciales. El director siempre esta atento a todo el funcionamiento lo mismo que D. Carlos, director de los restaurantes. Buena animacion. En todas mis estancias cualquier incidencia se ha solucionado rápidamente y me he sentido como en mi propia casa. Por todo esto: Deseando de volver.

El Resort seve bonito en video , pero para mi unos de los Resort k solamente quieren ganar dinero y no satisfacer los clientes, primeramente la yegada fue horrible , nos dejaron esperando mucho tiempo en la Recepción, que la habitación no estaban lista. También nosotros reservamos una habitación con vista al mar , por la cual también tuvimos que esperar mucho , una hora hasta que la limpiaran. Servicio al cliente 👎🏾, las habitaciones, una de eya , la puerta no cerraba bien , por dos veces encontré cucarachas. Los mosquitos se comen a uno vivo. La comida horrible. Mala cualidad. Los turistas se levantaban ala 4:30 de la mañana a reservar las camas. No había cama suficiente, ni sombra. Primera y última vez en esta cadena. Por estar experimentando otros Resort, me quedo con los Riu 5* , son una maravilla
