Dear on Duty! I want to report about a robbery in one of your hotels in Bayahibe - Be Live Collection Canoa. Money was stollen from the wallet inside the backpack. When we reported it to the security and to the management of the hotel, they insist that we didn’t use the safe lock inside our room. But the safe lock is for the extra money, and we couldn’t even imagine that 5 star hotel in Dominican Republic may be unsafe. The security personnel was very rude to us. And they don’t want to help. Especially Pedro Rodriguez (chief of security) and Christopher Bon ( chef an aged of the hotel). They blame us that it’s our fault about the robbery. So, please pay extra attention on this hotel about the security here! They even didn’t apologize!!! We also filed a report in the police!
