It contains pro retinol and not retinol. I explained the difference between pro retinol and retinol in the video. Yes, it can be used during the day. It also contains UV filters. While Vaseline Gluta-Hya Flawless Bright contains pro-retinol, it's formulated for daytime use due to its gentler nature. Using it in the morning can provide the benefits of pro-retinol without the risk of increased sun sensitivity.

you can find jobs on jobbank.gc.ca. Filter based on what you want. You can get jobs from outside Canada. You may want to research the different immigration pathways. Some like AIP and RIPP require you to get jobs. So focus on those provinces. The Atlantic provinces need teachers so AIP...

If you have a sensitive skin I won't recommend because of the fragrance however if you want to try it do a patch test and do not use on your face. E45, Vanicream moisturizing lotion, Bioderma Atoderm Intensive Balm, Aveeno Skin Relief Moisturizing Lotion, Cetaphil, Eucerin Advanced Repair Lotion are all great body lotions for sensitive skin.

Hello Onyi thanks for this video I just watched it again. Please I do have a question. After awarded your educational qualification from Moreland university do you have to wait another 9 months before applying for QTS because of teaching experience , or you applied immediately for the QTS?

@@okeblessingedagbo Hi, I didn’t really get the question. However, the program was for nine months and at the time of completing this program I had already worked as a teacher for 13 years. As soon as I got the certificate and transcript from Moreland Uni, I applied for the QTS.

I have been given an admission already to start before the year runs out. I also have a teaching experience for 12 years now. I hope to be awarded my QTS after completing the program.
