@InstantAcres It's been quite a while since I have seen a tract that is 10+ acres, especially where it's not a narrow shoebox shaped parcel like this one. I wish I had been in a better place with the properties you had were some had the caves/caverns, as well as more aptly sized for a functional homestead, more specifically with a nice creek, and/or a spring. I'm done with the Left Coast and am seriously looking for property where I can establish a true regenerative permaculture homestead, and off grid suits me like a glove.
