No taxes until its in buyers name.is the law.ppl.these sharks are inserting its yearly taxes into the payments .so you will already be paying taxes before in your name on title..for them to not hafta pay taxes & probly in hopes you will sooner or later forfeit this tract back to them where they keep a win win situation goin & not even pay the taxes.you will for them.

These lot’s are choppy with the easement road system running through them. Some are cut into two or three sections of property by the road. Not very much usable space on some of them. 🤨

I purchased a large tract from this company 4 years ago and then, as now, you have to be quick! If you are ready to pull the trigger, I recommend getting on their mailing list which will send you an email as soon as it is posted on KZbin. In my case, I think the post was less than 10 minutes old when I sent my deposit. Legit company and beautiful land.

How much is the total cost or price. Also I personally would renivate it my self because I can. Would only cost me for building materials. The whole side of osb boards would all need to be replaced.

Unless you have done excavation we would say that is something that you should sub out. The mortaring is easy IF the pool has been property excavated. We actually over-excavated ours quite a bit (not good), so we needed 2-3 times as much mortar to fill it back in than we would have if it were excavated by a pro.

Even if you demoed the house, (I would) it's a great deal. Wooded 15 acre corner lot with electric, well and septic. It's all hard wood. You could clearcut 5 acres and make a 1/3 to 1/2 your money back However, this place is remote. If you want a Walmart, you're going to drive an hour at least. I would buy it, but it's in the wrong state. I want this in south-central Tennessee.

It is definitely private/secluded but there is a "Super Wal-Mart" about 25-30 miles east in Camdenton (also the main city at the Lake of the Ozarks). Or, there are all kinds of other stores that are closer, if you are not the Wal-Mart type.
