I looked it up it's 250 k but what really sucks in the terms and condition is that you only can live there full-time and use it as a residence when the loan is paid off in full.

I'm guessing this was made in the 1960's, a DYI cabin, notice nobody got a tour of the Bathroom, I'm guessing there's some real problems, bedrooms very small
