@@emanemy7258 You can store it in the fridge for 4 or 5 days but not more. Because agar loses its shape after days. But you can make the cabbage liquid and store it in the freezer for months and take it out when needed to make the caviar! I hope this helps! Don't hesitate to ask more questions if necessary. Hey hi, Just a quick question. What if we do not have a ice machine? Can we use a hand blender instead along with ice cubes to keep the cream bowl cool?

@@MsMM303 Because your oil was not cold enough. In fact place your oil in the freezer for at least 3 hours, this will help your Beetroot solidified immediately. Also let it sit in the oil for at least 10 minutes before sieving. I hope this helps you. Otherwise i am always open to more questions.

This is a very mild pepper 🫑 they are not hot at all, our customers are 95 % European and they really love our food. These are not chilli peppers. Thanks for giving your thoughts.
