I stumbled upon this on KZbin, and I can't stop listening to it. My great grandfather served our country in ww2 and he was born the same years this song was released. He unfortunately passed in early 2020, thank goodness before covid, but every time I hear this I always think of him amd get emotional. May God rest his soul.
