Recipe : 500 g melted butter 2 large eggs 2 cups of sugar 7 cups cake flour 7 teaspoons of baking powder 2 teaspoons vanilla essence Jam In 2 bowls mix all dry and wet ingredients seperately, mix both in a well sized bowl and kneed until fully mixed. Freeze half of the dough and use the rest in a cup cake pan. I used a small cup to shape the dough into the pan. Add fruit jam using a teaspoon cover using the grated frozen dough. Place in a pre-heated oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes. I hope you enjoy 🫶🏼🫶🏼

Hey 🫶🏼🫶🏼 welcome, I’m so happy to have you here. 😁 I got the mixer from takealot, it’s R2500, I’ve used a lot of mixers and this is honestly the best one, it’s compact, easy to clean, easy to store and mixes well. I unfortunately had to return it because It was too small for my business needs, however it’s perfect for household use. Thank you 🙏🫶🏼🤝 looking forward to posting more recipes

Crust : 1 cup flour 120g butter 120 g sugar 1 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla essence Filling : 30 g cornflour 30 g flour 3 eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence 750 ml milk 120 g sugar hope you enjoy it as much as I did 🫶🏼🫶🏼
